Physical therapy services are covered by most major private insurances as well as Medicare, workers compensation, personal injury and motor vehicle insurance.

As a courtesy to you, we will directly bill your insurance carrier. We will do our best to obtain the necessary information from your insurance carrier regarding physical therapy coverage and your co-pay and deductible obligations. Payment plans can be made to collect your co-pay, deductible portions and co-insurance portions.

    Direct Access gives you the option to seek physical therapy services for an evaluation and treatment without seeing your physician. With Direct Access, you save time and money by initiating treatment on orthopedic injuries in the acute phase of recovery. Commonly treated injuries are ankle or knee sprains, low back pain, neck pain, tennis elbow, and rotator cuff symptoms.

    Not all insurance plans cover direct access services, but our billing department will assist you with knowing your coverage. If you are eligible for direct access we can see you for 30 days without the need for a prescription from a physician. If treatment is required for longer than 30 days from the date of evaluation, either a referral or required to continue treatment.

    Licensed, so no prescription is required to start treatment under most insurance plans until after 30 days.
